System Moving Into Southeast Wednesday

A system sits along a cold front Tuesday afternoon across northeast Texas. The system will move eastward into the Southeast for Wednesday. Areas of showers and a few thunderstorms will surround the low-pressure center as it moves eastward. Strong winds are building on the backside of the low as it pulls in some colder air that will cause frosts Wednesday morning in western Kansas and western Texas. In addition, the northern extent of the front continues to produce showers from Minnesota to Missouri. Those showers will wane from north to south tonight into Wednesday.
