02/04/2026 | 12:13 pm CST Snow Moving Through Great Lakes Ahead of Clipper Thursday
Cold in the eastern U.S. and snow for the Great Lakes.
A system continues through the Southeast on Wednesday afternoon with scattered showers. Some colder air is working in behind it across the eastern half of the country as well. In addition, a clipper system is moving through northern Manitoba and will continue to crash southeast into the Great Lakes with snow ahead of it for Thursday. The actual low to the system will not make it into the U.S. until Friday, but will contain more organized snow and the last burst of arctic air for a while.
