Clipper System Moves Into the North-Central US Tuesday

Later Monday into Tuesday morning, a clipper system from the Canadian Prairies will dive south into the Northern Plains, providing a mix of rain and snow to North Dakota and northern Minnesota. Eventually, the system will shift east into the Great Lakes later Tuesday.
