Clipper Moving Through Northern Plains Tuesday

The country continues to be in a line of clippers that will move through the country this week. One is moving through the Northeast on Monday afternoon with scattered showers. The next one is moving into the Pacific Northwest. It will move through the Northern Plains on Tuesday with limited streaks of light showers.
