Storms, Cold This Weekend

A storm system continues to swirl around the Great Lakes with a mix of rain and snow that extends into the Northeast. Another storm is in the Southwest and will move into the Plains tonight with a little snow for Colorado and Kansas. That system will move through the Southeast on Saturday into Sunday with scattered showers. Both systems are tapping into some colder air in the Plains and will pull that through the eastern half of the country for this weekend.
