Another Cold Day Tuesday

It continues to be very cold east of the Rockies on Monday afternoon. Some showers linger over the Northeast from the major winter storm that moved through over the weekend and another clipper is moving through the eastern Canadian Prairies which will bring some light snow through the Great Lakes for Tuesday. Other than that, Tuesday will be a quiet day, but will remain cold.
