Tuesday features no major reports due for release. Traders will remain focused on U.S. growing season weather, while also watching for updates in the U.S.-Iran war with the weekend pause in fighting sparking significant risk-off trade across markets to begin the week.

Weather

The cold front is not very strong, but is producing areas of scattered showers for Tuesday. It continues to move toward the East Coast, but has gotten hung up in the Central Plains, making for an interesting path for showers from the Central Plains into the Tennessee Valley and up through the Northeast. It is a bit drier and milder behind the front, but mostly in the Midwest. Temperatures in the Plains continue to be hot where it isn’t raining.
