Koch Buys SOS to Double U.S. Warehouse Footprint

SECAUCUS, NJ (DTN) – Koch Companies announced Monday (1/12) it has acquired Tennessee-based Store Opening Solutions (SOS) from Marmon Holdings to bolster its logistics and supply chain service offerings.

With the integration of SOS, Koch can manage complex “last-mile” retail logistics and fixture management across North America, doubling its nationwide warehouse footprint to more than six million square feet, a news release said.

The acquisition follows a series of investments by the Minneapolis-based Koch to dominate the specialized retail logistics sector and is expected to close by first quarter of 2026, the release added.
