Corn Futures Lower at 6:00 a.m. CST Monday

Corn: December corn futures fell a penny in dull trade to finish at $4.25 1/2.

Soybeans: January soybeans shook off early weakness to rise 2 1/2 cents to close at $11.25 1/2 despite no new sales to China.

Wheat: December Kansas City wheat rose 4 3/4 cents to end the week at $5.11 ahead of next week’s first notice day.

Cotton: December cotton fell 0.33 cent to another new contract low at 61.35, falling eight of the past nine days.

Live Cattle: The bearish trend in live cattle continues with December falling to $214.45, the fourth consecutive lower close.
