Corn Futures Higher at 6:00 a.m. CST Monday

Corn: December corn futures plunged 11 1/4 cents on a much higher yield and production than traders had expected from the WASDE report to close at $4.30 1/4.

Soybeans: January soybeans also plummeted 22 1/2 cents on slightly bearish production and export sales data to finish Friday at $11.24 1/2.

Wheat: December Kansas City wheat fell 10 1/2 cents, pressured by higher production both in the U.S. and for all major exporters on Friday’s WASDE report. 

Cotton: December cotton fell to a new low again and the fourth straight lower close, dropping 0.41 cent to finish at 62.49, still in a major bear move.

Live Cattle: December live cattle futures had a modest rise of $0.15 to end the day at $219.15, but still under all key moving averages.
