On Thursday, USDA will lead things off with the weekly Export Sales report at 7:30 a.m. CDT. In the afternoon, USDA will release their weekly and monthly Federally Inspected Slaughter reports, both at 2 p.m. CDT.
Weather
A stalled front is producing some areas of showers and thunderstorms across both the Central Plains and around the Carolinas on Thursday. Severe weather is not out of the question, but heavy rain seems to be the primary threat, especially in North Carolina. Tropical Storm Bertha is set to make landfall again Thursday, this time in Texas where some heavy rain will be possible across the South.
